WTH...
Okay, this seriously sucks!!!!! AND I FAIL AT LJ CUTS.
Recently, after performing in musicals and the like, I become really sick. My chorus teacher is always telling us "Pee clear! If you pee clear, you are not sick!"
Of course, I usually try to abide by that little rule. However, I was performing in two shows: my high school production of "Children of Eden" and a musical revue at my local arts center. Throughout both shows, I was feeling slightly ill. Now, it wasn't regurgitation or coughing. Just a stuffed nose every now and then. Of course, this is the weekend that hits me.
As I begin help backstage as a props girl for the arts center's performance of "The Odd Couple", I started feeling sick during Saturday's tech rehearsal. Then, on Sunday, the full illness hit. French toast for breakfast probably didn't help either...
On Monday, I was uncertain on how I felt. I stayed home from school just to make sure I would feel better. Tuesday, I attempted to go to school, but I went home sick after first period with nausea and dizziness. Today, I slept in until nine (missed school again), but now I have just a stuffed nose and a cough, with slight lightheadedness. I've been drinking water like it's my job.
So, I should be going to school tomorrow. The last day before easter/spring break starts. LOL.
But enough of my bitching. Adieu!

While I was sick, I watched fansubs of "Full Moon wo Sagashite", all fifty-two. Yeah, I know, the series is licensed, but my uncle nabbed these before VIZ got their grubby little hands on them and pretty much made it crap (I DID NOT LIKE THE DUBBED VERSION!!!). OMG, I absolutely loved it! I read the manga back in my early high school days, but then I had a friend borrow it and she hasn't returned it yet...hrmm... But, from what I remember, the anime was different than the manga. I really wanted to cry at the end of the anime. The manga ending...I don't recall crying...
I also really like Tanemura Arina-sensei's art style. I'm presently attempting "Full Moon" fanart, and one of the things I get anal about with my fanart are eyes and details. So I'm attempting her eye style. 'tis HARD, they're so cute! I also love the songs that were in "Full Moon". I've heard "New Future" before, but I really like all of the songs by myco and Changin' My Life ("New Future", "Myself", "Eternal Snow", "Love Chronicle", "Smile"...).
The beginning of "Myself" for some reason makes me want to write something set back in, like, Baroque times and the like. The use of the harpsichord brings that about in me. So, maybe I'll write about past lives? Especially about...
