 I officially finished my freshman year of college last Monday. However, because there's so much shit to pack/I like free fast internet/weekly Vocaloid rankings would kill my download limit back home/the fridge is really heavy, I'm still in the dorms until Wednesday. It's strange having no roommate (she moved out Friday; best of luck in the future, Sam!), but kinda fun because the room feels bigger and I don't feel so compressed to just my side of the room. I do know for certain that my room for next year is slightly bigger, so I'm psyched for that.

I asked diamondenn over at vocaloid if I could sing her English translation of "RIP=RELEASE". I plan on working on it again as soon as I get home. I also want to draw a picture of Luka and Len pertaining to it (I found a great outfit to draw Luka in~ based on a MMD pv over on Nico...and I can't link it because you have to have an account to watch videos on NicoNico Douga). I have a headset that I ordered, and I also have a fun new program to play with to I can make a really good mix afterwards. :3

I'm also getting back into my writing. After scanning the Vocaloid section over at fanfiction.net, I was surprised that NO ONE had written an interpretation of "Himitsu ~Kuro no Chikai~"! Therefore, I took it upon myself. I had an outline written up for three chapters (for the three parts in the story: Rin's part, Len's part, and the final part, although only the first three have a formal outline.), and so I started typing yesterday. At this point, I'm only halfway. But I hope to have it done, edited and posted by midweek.

I also might have a post-worthy MMD. I found the motion data for "Luka Luka Night Fever" and I have thirteen different models dancing to it. X3

Someone over on dA is working on a flash animation for a class she’s in. I watch her (we met at Katsucon, irl), and so I’ve been getting a semi-regular update with a new picture from her flash.

Then, there came this comment:( Our little conversation so far. )

Just giving a quick update before I run to my English class:

• I think I'm almost done with my KaitoLen pic (Yeah, I'll just say what it is now. I don't care anymore.). However, now I'm having the insane urge to write up a little story to go with it, so it should be up during my spring break.

• I'm working on a new fanfiction. I've finished the first chapter, editing now, and started the second. I'm planning it out all the way to the last chapter. It should run about twenty chapters or so. (Oh yeah, and it's Vocaloid as well. Damn singing androids, WHY ARE YOU EATING MY LIFE?!)

• Spring break starts Friday for me. My 12:30 on Thursday is cancelled, as is English, so I'm going home early. I'll be sewing my Hungary military uniform to get ready for UBCon. I also plan on having gothic_tampons (and maybe her boyfriend if he's available) to come over for the day, and then Katie and Steph for meatloaf one night.

• I need to watch Durarara!! because diezeitgeber told me to. ETA: OMFG THIS IS AWSUM.

• I have received shannny2k's letters, but I've yet to send one. :<
   

So yeah. Life in a nutshell.

Instead of writing my final "presentation" for one of my linguistics classes (it's only a presentation if it's a PowerPoint, really. All I'm doing is posting a 1500 word essay on a top of my choice, which, also at last minute, is the Northern Cities Vowel Shift...go Google it...):

• I'm browsing random shit on livejournal (mostly hetalia to see when the next episode comes out...)
• Reading/Refreshing status updates on Facebook
• Playing Mafia Wars on Facebook
• Refreshing my deviantART page to see if there's been any changes (i.e.: deviations, comments, journals...)
• E-mailing the professor for this class to see how our bibliography should be
• Listening to some failing because they suck at the game Beatles Rock Band
• Skipping out on DDR Club (at least I'm doing something right!)
• Ignoring my laundry (really should do that tomorrow...)
• Considering doing some math homework (although nothing's really "due" in that class until Thursday)
• LOLing at stuff that fed_me_a_star sent me...Thanks again for the epic lulz!
• Resisting urge to take out my sketch book and draw something random
• Resisting the urge to take more webcam pictures of my mini-collection of papercraft dolls
• Resisting the urge to print out more papercraft dolls...although...
• I really ought to change the ink in my printer...
• Attempting to log into MSN Messenger

• Now some kid down the hall is shrieking the words...FAIL...
• The professor got back to me; it doesn't seem to matter...MLA it is!
